A Review of Security Assessment Methods for 5G Industrial Internet

The 5G Industrial Internet is a key driving force behind industrial transformation and upgrading, and the security issues it brings cannot be ignored. In the field of network security, various security assessment methods have been proposed. However, there is almost no systematic summary specifically for the 5G Industrial Internet domain. The main objective of this research is to fill this gap by comprehensively identifying and analyzing security assessment methods for the 5G Industrial Internet described in scientific literature. Thus, We first explain the concept of the 5G Industrial Internet and the existing security risks. Next, through a systematic retrieval method, relevant works on security assessment for the 5G Industrial Internet are identified. Finally, the relevant literature is classified, and an analysis is conducted on commonly used security assessment models, metrics, quantitative methods, and applicable scenarios for the current 5G industrial Internet.
