With the increase of new renewable electrical power plants being designed and constructed it is more common that the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) is implemented via “TCP/IP” protocol, usually with the services of local internet suppliers. of all types of cybersecurity, the widespread SCADA protection methods is an additional “firewall” or using “VPN” services that allow only certain devices, or “parties”, to make changes in the output parameters of the power plants. in this article a different than the standard methods have been considered to provide an additional layer of protection to the already existing practices. the main idea is to analyze the contemporary cybersecurity solutions. based on the analytics propose a development of an algorithm that the information will be transmitted through separate channel owned by the user. thus, information security will be increased at the cost of speed. algorithm is tested in laboratory. perceived high accuracy of sent and received data provide a proof of its high reliability and effectiveness of it.
