The 6G network is an integrated network that includes satellite, ground and airspace. With the rising of artificial intelligence in commination and networking, intelligent management of network elements is the technical core of future 6G networks. Considering the limited resources on the satellite, how to efficiently regulate the network is an essential direction for future development. This paper proposes and develops a four-layer and five-plane satellite-terrestrial converging architecture, which explicitly explains the composition of the architecture and describes the functions and roles of the four-layer five-plane architecture. This architecture is of great significance for intelligent control, unified management of computing, communication, and storage resources, and efficient planning of network functions and resources. At the same time, it maximizes the combination of network resources and service requirements to achieve the purpose of an intelligent application network.
