초록

The intellectual ecosystem of public administration is presented based on the concept of James Moore (the new ecology of competition and the approach to building an ecosystem). In the intellectual ecosystem, symbiotic intelligence aims to implement the positive feedback of public administration. Positive feedback is carried out through the interaction of artificial intelligence with the natural intelligence of all stakeholders.
