The Internal Drive Force Analysis of Learning for Engineering Students

초록

Emerging Engineering Education is oriented to cultivate the ability to solve complex engineering problems, which required engineering students to have higher learning initiative and self-discipline. This paper explores the formation mechanism of college students’ learning drive from teachers, counselors, learning environment and learning motivation, then we propose methods and suggestions for cultivating learning drive for these aspects.
