Construction of Digital Moot Court Teaching Practice Platform for Law Major

Moot court teaching plays a pivotal role in cultivating applied legal talents. Since most of the law majors of universities still adhere to the traditional teaching concept, the moot court teaching has not reached its original goal and value. With the in-depth development of the Internet era, the digitalization of colleges and universities is becoming more and more common, and the traditional moot court training methods can no longer meet the requirements of law students in the information age. Therefore, this paper explores to introduce digital technology in simulated court teaching to make up for the shortcomings of traditional simulated court teaching, so that students can better understand the real scene and atmosphere of judicial trials in a virtual environment.
